From zooming down the bobsled track to soaring through the air on the dual-track zipline, there's something for everyone at Snow Park. For a leisurely adventure, enjoy a ride on the chairlift, taking in the views of the indoor snowscape. With unlimited access to the Snow Park, you can spend the day exploring the icy caves, tobogganing, or simply building a snowman. For experienced skiers and snowboarders, the full-day slope pass provides unlimited access to the slopes, or if you're new to it, the 60-minute ski or snowboard discovery lesson is the perfect starting point to develop your skills under the guidance of expert instructors. Know before you go
What to bring
- Bring your hat, gloves, socks, and thermals for maximum comfort.
What’s not allowed
Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years.
The slopes are designed for skiers and snowboarders with a skill level of 2 or higher.
Keep in mind, mobiles and cameras are not allowed in the penguin encounter area.
Pregnant women and those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or back injuries are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
Children must be over 8 years old, 120cm or more in height, and weigh over 30kg, to ride the Snow Bullet.
Adults weighing 120kg or more are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
Additional information
The penguin encounter is a shared experience with up to 12 other guests.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.
Helmets must be worn by any guests that are under the age of 13 years.
