- * Helicopter tours accommodate four to five guests from different reservations
* Schedule adjustments may be made to fulfill this requirement, and guests will receive advance notification via phone or email
* Flights may be canceled due to severe weather. The pilot assesses the conditions up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight. In such cases, flights can be rescheduled within a year of the original date or a full refund will be provided
* Total gross weight must be under the limit of 750lb/340kg/53.5 stones for the entire group that will be flying together
* We cannot offer a refund for any single seat purchased for someone exceeding the limited seat weight of 240 lbs (109 kg or 17.1 stones)
* We will provide an alternative time or date based on open seat availability to accommodate guests whom will need to purchase additional seats
