- Please carry your original identity document with you. It is essential for access to the Alhambra, and staff may request it at any moment.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and bring along sunscreen for this experience.
What's not allowed
- Shutterbugs take note: selfie sticks and flash photography are strictly prohibited.
- Leave your furry friends behind, this experience does not allow pets.
- Do not carry luggage or large backpacks with you, there are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue.
Accessibility
- Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible and baby strollers are prohibited at the Palace.
- When booking your Granada City Card, you must choose the date and time of your visit to Alhambra. Your card will be valid for 48 hours from the first use.
